Terrance Houle
Terrance Houle (Blood) was born in 1975, resides in Calgary, Alberta, and holds a bachelor of fine arts (2003) from Alberta College of Art and Design. Houle's artwork utilizes performance, photography, video/film, music and painting, as well as tools of mass dissemination such as billboards and vinyl bus signage. Houle has received numerous awards including an invitation to participate in the 2003 Thematic Residency at the Banff Centre for the Arts, the Best Experimental Film award at the Toronto 2004 ImagineNATIVE Film + Media Arts Festival, and the 2006 Enbridge Emerging Artist Award.
